If you have a problem with slugs?
| The ideal bait for SLUG X is Beer, any type is suitable for this purpose. The slugs, snails are attracted into the trap by the smell of beer coming through the access openings of the trap. A strong beer smell will build up inside the trap, this will put the pests into a state of total confusion and they are then unable to find a way out. Many will rest up in the trap for up to 10 hours before finally going into the wells. |
| You could saves his eggshells (and others donated),
bakes them and crushes them. Sprinkle these all over your beds and slugs and
snails go elsewhere. |

Have
you heard about a so called slug fence? It bans slugs and snails from your
vegetable patch. The ‘Hanover slug fence’ is new in the UK and
Ireland but well-proven in Germany for many years. |
